Weighs 14 lbs. * Wants to touch everything and that is why the 6 is ripped. I didn't even get one picture and he tore that thing off his shirt. * Mastered rolling over. He tried to roll over in the bath and found out that it's not a good idea. * He sure does LOVE his daddy. When ever he sees Devin, he gets so excited. Devin doesn't even have to be looking in his direction and Zander will have a huge smile on his face. * Is very vocal when he is upset. * Eating fruits & vegies. So far he has tried bananas, sweet potatoes, peaches, peas, carrots, and apple sauce. I sneaked the peas in while I was feeding him sweet potatoes. He didn't like them and tried to spit them out. Then he didn't want to open his mouth to have another spoonful of food. * Celebrated his first Thanksgiving & ate mash potatoes. * We are trying to teach him sign language. He sits and watches the Baby Signing Time dvd for a whole 1/2 hour. One night Devin thought Zander was signing. He was lifting his hands up to his mouth, which is the sign for drink. When Devin showed him the can of formula, Zander got really excited for a bottle. After observing Zander the next day, we realized that he does that action all the time, even when he doesn't want a bottle. Oh well....he will get it someday.* Drooling like crazy, but no teeth yet.* Likes looking at himself in the mirror just like the Merrill girls. (Devin made me type that last part) * No more Neosure Similac formula for premature babies (This one makes me and my bank account very happy)

Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow
Devin has the craziest eyebrows and unibrow. I am constantly asking (more like begging) him to pluck it. Sometimes he is nice and does it. Sometime he is not and let's it grow.
He must love me a lot or there was a miracle in the universe this past weekend. He let his sister wax the monster. Not just wax between the eyebrows, but underneath the brow, on top of the brow, everything! I was very surprised.
Here he is with one eyebrow done. Beauty is pain, but a happy wife is priceless.
Thanksgiving
This year we spent Thanksgiving at the farm with Mum and Al. It was relaxing and very cold. Zander enjoyed playing with the chickens, dogs, cats, and horses and seeing Grandma and Grandpa Wooskie.
Devin & I have a lot to be thankful for this year.
- Zander & that he is healthy & happy. Parenthood has brought the biggest joy to our life this year.
- Each other. I am still madly in love with my hubby.
- The gospel & the plan of happiness
- Our house which protects us
- The jobs which helps us provide for our family
- Family who loves and helps us with anything we need
- Jesus Christ & Heavenly Father
- Our friends who we consider our extended family. Oh the fun times we've had this year!

Today's My Birthday!
Today I turned 27 years old! Where have my 20's gone? I know I still have a few years until I turn the big 3-0, but it feels like yesterday that I was turning 20, graduating college, dating Devin, getting married, etc. I guess time flies when you are having fun!
I had a great day with my two boys. We slept in and cuddled in the love sac. We browsed around a car dealership since we are looking into buying a bigger car. We ate lunch at Grimaldi's and Zander got his first taste of pizza. He loved it! We walked around San Tan Village and I bought a cute pair of jeans. It was the perfect day because we spent it together.

This little buddy is getting chubby! He is currently sporting size 6 month pajamas. I guess in my mind I still think he is little because I am always surprised when I pull something out of the closet that I think will be too big and it fits perfectly. And yes - his pjs say Mommy Loves Me and Daddy Loves Me. I couldn't resist buying these.
And I must introduce you all to our newest family member - the love sac. Thank you to the Kietas for having 2 in their house and letting us borrow it for the next little while. All 3 of us cozied up and watched a movie on it today. This is the most comfortable thing ever!
