Until We Meet Again

On Thursday, May 2 we received devastating news about our beloved Uncle Tony. He suffered a heart attack and was in the hospital in an induced coma to let his organs rest. This was a shock to all of us as he was in his early 50s and relatively healthy. In fact, he just moved to Missouri earlier in the year to help care our other uncle who had heart problems. Devin's mom flew out the next day to be by his side. When he was brought out of sedation, the doctors found out that he didn't have any brain activity. Before he was taken off life support, his two sons were able to make it to Missouri to say goodbye.

This year has definitely been a tough one for all of us. It proves that life is precious and we don't know the time when we will be called back to our Heavenly Father. I'm so thankful to know that this life isn't the end and we can reunited with our families to live with them for eternity. It makes us all happy to know that there was a great reunion in heaven with Grandpa and Grandma Reed and Uncle Tony. We will sure miss him!
